Sarah began her career in HR, benefits, and payroll in 2004 and has experience supporting people ops in a diverse array of industries, including: hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, finance, insurance, technology, manufacturing, agriculture, residential and commercial services.

• Sarah is passionate about people and operations. 

• Sarah is intrinsically motivated by creating order out of chaos and helping others develop/grow.

• Through her business, Sarah is able to combine her passion and motivation by helping busy entrepreneurs and small business owners with any needs they have related to human resources, payroll, benefits, recruiting, administrative operations, and bookkeeping.

Starting, owning, and running a business is hard work. No one expects you - or anyone else - to be an expert at everything. Sarah's philosophy has always been to hire the right people for the right job, and let them do what they are great at and love to do!

Outside of work, Sarah can be found chauffeuring her kids to and from practices, lessons, games, and performances for their various athletic and musical endeavors. She loves iced coffee (even in the winter!), reading, music, traveling, and snuggling with her two mini schnauzers.
